GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  This ALSAFE is to inform all personnel using the Risk
Management Information (RMI) program of an upcoming system disconnected
intermittent and low (DIL) bandwidth test.
2. Applicability.  The information provided in this ALSAFE applies to all
RMI
users.
3. General information
   a.  The RMI system is scheduled to be undergoing DIL testing from 10 June
2024 to 11 June 2024.  During this period users will be entering fictitious
events into the system which will result in numerous system notifications.
There are three test cases being utilized from the Naval Safety Command.
   b.  All event one liners will start with the wording Exercise, Exercise,
Exercise and will be for the following event types:
       (1) Class A powerplant failure or malfunction
       (2) Class C ship-related/embarked landing
       (3) Class E fall (slip, trip)
