The Naval Safety Command will conduct a human factors in maintenance and maintenance risk management (MRM) safety brief in the MCAS Cherry Point area on 11 March through 13 March 2026. This message serves as official notification to all installations, commands, and units located in the Camp Pendleton area. 2. The Naval Safety Command will deliver MRM safety briefs covering a range of topics, including, but not limited to: real-world experiences that illustrate key concepts, best practices, standard procedures, and common pitfalls within the aviation maintenance environment. This presentation is specifically intended for plane captains, deckplate maintainers, all quality assurance representatives, and maintenance managers at all levels. The interactive MRM safety brief is a valuable tool designed to help refocus both individual and organizational mindsets toward a stronger safety culture. 3. The MRM brief is an informal presentation delivered by senior maintenance leaders from the Naval Safety Command. It is specifically tailored for organizational and intermediate-level aviation maintenance personnel, as well as air station and air operations staff involved in the direction, control, or movement of aircraft and associated equipment. Each briefing is scheduled for two hours, with up to four sessions conducted daily. The times and locations for these briefings are provided below. 4.
