THE DATES AND LOCATION FOR THE 2024 EXTERNAL RMI REVIEW FORUM ARE SHIFTING TO 7-8 AUGUST AT THE VISTA POINT CONFERENCE CENTER ONBOARD NAVAL STATION NORFOLK. 2.  BASED UPON INITIAL RESPONSES TO THE ORIGINAL SAVE-THE-DATE MESSAGE, THE ANTICIPATED NUMBER OF ATTENDEES WILL EXCEED THE SEATING CAPACITY OF THE ORIGINAL VENUE. TO OBTAIN A SUITABLE, AVAILABLE VENUE IT WAS NECESSARY TO SHIFT THE DATES TO 7-8 AUGUST. 3.  NAVSAFECOM WILL RELEASE A SEPARATE ETMS2 TASKER TO REQUEST RSVPS FOR ATTENDEES AND TOPIC INPUTS FOR DISCUSSION. 4.  THE PURPOSE OF THIS REVIEW IS TO GATHER REPRESENTATIVES FROM STAKEHOLDER ECHELON II AND ECHELON III COMMANDS IN A COLLABORATIVE FORUM TO IDENTIFY, DISCUSS, AND RECOMMEND FIXES TO SPECIFIC RISK MANAGEMENT INFORMATION (RMI) SYSTEM CHALLENGES.  THE AIM IS TO IMPROVE THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BY IDENTIFYING PROBLEM AREAS AND DEVELOPING SOLUTIONS.  THE SPECIFIC AGENDA IS TBA AND WILL SENT SEPCOR TO ATTENDEES, BUT THE OVERALL TOPICS WILL FOCUS UPON: A.  GAPS AND SEAMS BETWEEN RMI POLICY AND SYSTEM OPERATION B.  ISSUES AND PROBLEMS WITH THE RMI SYSTEM DESIGN THAT AFFECT USER EXPERIENCES.// BT #0001 NNNN
