RMI Training Registration Instructions

RMI is a role-based platform, and training is provided through individual online modules throughout the month for specific RMI roles.

You do not need to attend the entire month of training. When you register, you are registering for the monthly training offering. You only need to attend the module(s) that apply to your assigned RMI role(s), although you may attend additional modules if desired.

Training modules are offered at various dates and times to accommodate multiple time zones. Be sure to review the date and time of each module before registering and plan to attend the session that works for your time zone.

To enroll in RMI training:

1. Select the registration link for the desired training month from the schedule below.
2. Select the Event Info tab to review the dates and times that each training module is offered.
3. Review the course description in CANTRAC to identify the RMI Simulator role(s) required for the training, and ensure you have those roles before attending.
4. Select the Event Registration tab and complete the registration form with your information.
5. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing course access information and links. A reminder email will be sent four days before the course begins.

All courses are delivered online through Adobe Connect using the link provided in your confirmation email. Courses held at 1900 EST automatically include Japanese closed captions. For other sessions, reply to your confirmation email to request closed captions in your preferred language before the course begins. At the end of training, complete the End-of-Course Survey to receive your certificate. Download your certificate immediately. Certificates are available for only 15 minutes after the session ends, and replacement certificates will not be issued. Training completion will be uploaded to FLTMPS within four weeks. You must be registered for the course to receive official training credit in your training jacket.

Risk Management Information (RMI)  training recordings are available below for reference and review. To view the recordings, locate the course/module and select the link. Please note that recordings are only valid for the RMI modules up to the date of the recording and are not a substitute for course completion. To be officially recognized as a graduate of any RMI course convening, personnel must register using the information above.
