The Naval Safety Command's contract with TRAINPOINT ended on August 31, 2024.

Naval safety professionals have launched a revamped mandatory driving safety course aimed at providing traffic safety fundamentals to young Sailors. To learn more about course offerings and login instructions, read Course 'Steers' Young Sailor Toward Safe Driving Practices.

Per DoDI 6055.4 and OPNAV M-5100.23 Chapter 36, Section B3605.a.(2), Sailors 26 years old or younger must complete the Drive for Life course within 12 months of entering the Navy. However, any Sailor can benefit from the training.
